Wait for activation
Puffin Lane verifies the agreement, billing, and DRE record. Licensed activity begins only after affiliation is effective.
Understand activationSigning documents or establishing billing does not itself create an effective DRE affiliation. Do not conduct licensed activity through Puffin Lane until the brokerage has certified the affiliation and the DRE record shows it as effective.

Puffin Lane activates the brokerage workspace only after the agreement, payment method, license record, and responsible-broker certification have all been confirmed. You receive the effective status and next steps in writing.
